In the current release the following changes are included:

1.1	Resource Groups	With resource groups, users can be assigned permissions based on country groups, business units or practice areas. A resource group is a collection of all profiles matching a filter on those properties, e.g. that are located in a certain country or are part of a given business unit. A resource manager can be assigned on a resource group to gain permissions to view or edit all profiles included in the resource group definition. Resource groups can be defined on the Resource management section of the administration page.
1.2	Profile	We implemented the new functionality that the AI will automatically extract skills from a projects data. These skills will be suggested to the user in the project directly and also on the skills tab. Suggested skills can be accepted or declined, but will already be considered for search use-cases.

2.1	Roles	A new page to centrally maintain roles was created.
2.2	Administration	It is possible to create or edit the quick actions that are displayed on the start page.
2.3	Search	We improved the filter on the search page.
2.4	Profile	Adding a new role is only possible if the user has the appropriate permission.

Bug Fixes

3.1	Skills	We fixed a bug regarding the creation of skill lists and the selection of skill levels.
3.2	Skill Matrix	We fixed a bug that some changes were reset after scrolling.
3.3	CV	The skill levels will be used to generate a suitable summary.
3.4	Global	We fixed some french translations.
3.5	Search	We fixed some bugs with search fields and which skills will be searched.
3.6	Profile	When generating a summary the name of the profile will be avoided.

Additional information

To gain more direct feedback, decídalo now includes an integrated feedback form (bottom right corner). Every decídalo user can provide feedback through this form, with built-in tools to attach screenshots or screen recordings. The feedback will be directly forwarded to the decídalo team but does not replace established support channels.
