    Release 2025/10/27

    In the current release the following changes are included:

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
    1.1 Project Plan We implemented the possibility to save the current planning as a template and apply it to other projects.
    1.2 Workflow The workflow is now editable on the new workflow administration page. In addition, the email notifications can now be activated. This feature is currently a beta feature.


    Minor Features

    Where? What?
    2.1 Resource Plan A new report based on the weekly view was added. This will show the utilization for each team. All sub teams are included in the aggregation.
    2.2 Bookings A new field 'Person days' was added. The value will be calculated based on start date, end date and the capacity. Person days can also be entered manually, this will then affect the capacity value.
    2.3 Email Notifications The new email notifications 'Planning alerts', 'New resource request' and 'Check planning' were introduced.
    2.4 API It is now possible to get all bookings in one step. In addition it is possible to import working time patterns.
    2.5 CV Export We implemented an option to exclude expired certificates from the export.
    2.6 Profile Quality A new criteria on how many unassessed skills are allowed was added.
    2.7 Profile We renamed the flag 'Included in Resource Management' to 'Resource' on the user settings page. The email notification for outdated profiles are only sent if this flag is set to yes.


    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
    3.1 Search We improved the search results.
    3.2 Profile We improved the generation of the summary text.
    3.3 Resource Requests We fixed an error occurring on ordering resource request candidates by booking types.
    3.4 Bookings We fixed a broken label on the booking type filter on the bookings grid.
    3.5 Global We improved the layout on several pages.


    The next release will be on 10th November.
