Release 2026/01/05

In the current release the following changes are included:

Highlight Features

1.1	Global Search	We reworked the global search. It is now possible to use free-text search and to search in multiple categories at once. In addition a search term like a skill can be set as mandatory.

Minor Features

2.1	Permissions	We added the new feature of delegations. Permissions for a team can now be delegated to a user with the same permission role. The delegate will be added as an additional team manager to the team.
2.2	Bookings (RM)	We added booking rejection reasons. A reason must be selected when a booking is set to rejected. The rejection reasons can be configured. In addition we improved the layout of the create booking dialog.
2.3	Resource Request (RM)	It is now possible to connect an existing resource request with a project. In addition a new column to show the resource groups was added.
2.4	Projects	The feature of project status transitions is not beta anymore. The feature will now be active by default. To inform the user about the changes that will be made with the project transition, a new warning was implemented.
2.5	Profile	Already added certificates will be shown when the user adds new certificates to the profile.
2.6	Resource Plan (RM)	Filters are now persistent. In addition the new fields 'Updated by' and 'Last update' were added.
2.7	Projects	The status of a project was moved to the header of the page, so the user gets a better overview.
2.8	CV	We removed the feature to lock a CV as this had no reasonable effect in the application.
2.9	API	We added filters based on creation and last edit date.
2.10	CV Templates	We added the date formatting option to the publication dates.

Bug Fixes

3.1	Profile	We made several performance improvements and UI fixes.
3.2	Resource Plan	We fixed a bug where the wrong view was exported. Now only the filtered view will be exported. In addition we made several performance improvements and UI fixes.
3.3	Project Plan	We fixed a bug that resulted in wrong capacities being used for the extending projects.
3.4	Registration	Outdated invitation links now receive a helpful error message when opened.
3.5	Search	We made several improvements for the search results.
3.6	Global	Objects with a missing name are now always sorted last by default.
