    Release 2026/03/02

In the current release the following changes are included:

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Projects / Project Plan We introduced team bookings as a new way to assign work to teams in early planning phases. Team bookings can be created and managed from the project team members context, are shown in project plan and resource plan views, and support a smooth transition into individual bookings when detailed staffing is done.
Please note: Team bookings is currently available as a beta feature.
1.2 Profile Approval We expanded the profile approval workflow. Changes can now be rejected with a feedback reason that is sent to the candidate by email.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Resource Plan A new resource group filter was added to the resource plan, helping resource managers focus on relevant subsets of employees more quickly.
2.2 Project Plan The project plan moved out of beta phase and is now available as a stable feature.
2.3 Projects When a project started in the past, newly created bookings now default the start date to today, which improves day-to-day planning workflows. In addition we added an option to include or hide rejected bookings directly in the project team members context.
2.4 CVs Exported CV file names now include the candidate name (with anonymous fallback logic), making exported files easier to identify.
2.5 Profile View / CV Templates Internal profile view templates now support additional profile fields (including delivery-related profile fields), improving completeness of generated profile views.
2.6 Administration Custom decimal data fields are now supported. In addition, project contacts can now be configured in data fields.
2.7 Global IDs are now displayed in more places across projects, Resource Requests and bookings to improve traceability and communication.
2.8 Reporting Additional data columns were added to Skill Overview Dashboard views (Employee ID, email, and skill ID).
2.9 Profile Quality Report The profile quality report now includes additional columns for employee, manager and practice area context.

    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
3.1 Profile Approval Profile changes now continue to show item names (e.g., skills) even if the referenced catalog item was deleted from the system.
3.2 Bookings The booking dialogs were unified across usage contexts, reducing inconsistencies between variants. In addition we fixed the wrongly prefilling of customer information during booking creation and the date validation so invalid start/end combinations are handled correctly.
3.3 Resource Plan We improved the team filter appearance and guidance in the resource plan filter area. In addition restricted-editing settings are now consistently respected in resource planning views. And last but not least we fixed a display issue related to accounting type rendering.
3.4 Profile View The preselected preview/template language now follows the user’s screen language more reliably.
3.5 Data Fields Team manager visibility now correctly follows team visibility settings. In addition we fixed a bug in field re-ordering behavior.
3.6 Global We fixed an issue where certain date selections could jump one month ahead in edge cases.
3.7 Reporting Data permissions now include additional managers and substitutes in retrieval logic. Also permission checks in skill overview dashboard views were corrected.
3.8 API The booking GET endpoint now excludes unbooked positions and returns only actual bookings.
3.9 Projects / Resource Plan We adjusted filters when opening Resource Plan from project context to improve expected filtering behavior.
3.10 Localization We fixed an issue where the user’s localization preference was not reliably persisted.
3.11 CV Templates Month names in generated output now respect the template language instead of always being shown in English.

The next release will be on 16th March.
