    Release 2026/04/27

In the current release the following changes are included:

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Global The decídalo MCP server is now available. It allows AI assistants and automation tools to interact with decídalo directly — for example reading and updating profiles, managing CVs, searching for resources, and working with resource requests — all through a standardised interface. It can be enabled in Administration -> System settings -> Agent access.
1.2 Resource Request (RM) The new global ordering and staffing workflow is now available for customers. It introduces delivery-model-based routing, configurable request checklists (including optional and mandatory rules), and enhanced resource-group assignment to support local and global staffing processes.
1.3 Global Search Global search now shows a clearer distinction between exact and related matches, making it easier to judge candidate relevance.
1.4 Candidate Search In candidate search for resource requests, requirements can now be marked as mandatory and reordered, giving teams better control over matching priorities.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Global Grid filters now support cumulative selection across the application, so adding another filter value no longer clears the previous selection.
2.2 Import API The import API now supports additional endpoints for skills, priorities, and resource request requirements, making external integrations more complete.
2.3 Notifications All email notification templates are now also available in Japanese.

    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
3.1 Profile We fixed an issue where rejected skill, role, and certificate suggestions could reappear after they had already been dismissed.
3.2 Team Timeline (RM) We fixed the team booking reschedule dialog so bookings with more than 100% effective capacity can be adjusted correctly.
3.3 Resource Plan (RM) We fixed refresh and display issues in the resource plan. We also fixed incorrect value rendering and improved handling of working-time inputs with a value of 0.
3.4 Resource Request (RM) We fixed resource requests created from a project not inheriting the project's resource group. We also fixed a failure that could occur during resource request creation when certain hidden fields had default values configured.
3.5 Candidate Search We fixed candidate search on resource requests failing when duplicate role names existed in the system.
3.6 Projects We fixed several project-related issues, including incorrect fallback casing for project contacts, a regression in the project grid query, missing resource request creation actions in the project view, and overly strict permission checks for the "Remove from Position" action.
3.7 Global We fixed a UI freeze that could occur when paging through large grids.
3.8 Profile We fixed the user creation dialog so the create button is disabled after submission to prevent duplicate entries.
3.9 Import API We fixed error handling in the import API so unresolved working-profile users now return clearer error responses.

The next release will be on 11th May.
