In the current release the following changes are included:

Highlight Features

1.1	Resource Plan (RM)	Users can now switch to monthly planning granularity in the resource plan, allowing monthly allocation of person days alongside the existing daily and weekly planning. Project plan templates also support monthly planning, and existing planning data has been migrated automatically.
1.2	Global	The decídalo MCP server now supports querying resource plan data for multiple users with weekly or monthly time splits, absences, and detailed project bookings. The overall available tools have also been reworked for better performance.
1.3	Administration	Administrators can now configure which recipient roles (e.g. candidates, contacts, managers) receive each type of email notification via a new administration page.
1.4	Administration	To simplify onboarding of new clients, an AI-powered workflow allows administrators to transfer staged core skills, categories, sub-categories, job families, roles, and role skill profiles from the company profile staging area to the production catalog, with automated matching and user review at each stage (beta).

Minor Features

2.1	Global	Global free text search and team timeline are now out of beta and available for all customers.
2.2	Global Search	Search results can now be exported as a download, with the option to download all results or only the currently filtered selection.
2.3	Notifications	Users now receive an automatic reminder email 30 days before a certificate expires. Additionally, resource request checklist tasks that remain unapproved for 7 days now trigger a reminder email to the requestor.
2.4	Resource Plan (RM)	A new toggle displays available person days instead of utilized time in aggregated rows. Additionally, multiselect filters now include a clear button, and the project plan defaults to the current date for ongoing projects instead of the full project timeframe.
2.5	Resource Request (RM)	Resource request requirements can now be shared externally by copying selected fields to the clipboard.
2.6	Candidate Search	Filter settings in candidate search can now be saved and restored.
2.7	Leads	Leads can now be generated automatically from marketplace requests (beta).
2.8	Marketplace	Marketplace listings are now automatically updated on a daily basis to keep shared resource requests current.
2.9	Reporting	The team utilization chart popover now shows remaining capacity. Filter configurations on the team utilization page can also be saved and restored.
2.10	Profile	The profile quality indicator now includes top skills and minimum industry count as criteria, with AI-based suggestions and configurable thresholds in the administration settings.
2.11	Projects	The project contacts user picker now uses a simplified view showing name and email instead of profile pictures, ensuring that profile view permissions are respected.
2.12	Projects	New default project reference templates have been added and existing copies on client instances have been replaced with working standard templates.
2.13	Administration	The skill approval feature can now be toggled on or off by administrators.
2.14	Administration (Teams)	Team codes are now editable and email addresses are shown instead of job positions.

Bug Fixes

3.1	Notifications	We fixed project update emails failing when a new custom data field was recently added, and we fixed booking-based email notifications being sent twice.
3.2	CVs	We fixed an issue preventing CV creation. We also fixed dynamic multiselect data fields not being included in CV updates.
3.3	Resource Plan (RM)	We fixed planning entries being incorrectly updated when multiple users share the same name, and we fixed various issues with the shift and extend projects functionality.
3.4	Candidate Search	We fixed position requirements in candidate search not returning matching users.
3.5	Profile	We fixed the maximum character limit for skill descriptions being too restrictive.
3.6	Global	We fixed a translation issue in the Japanese locale, we fixed the sitemap label "Resource management" not matching the page title "Request fulfillment", and we fixed download buttons on global search not working correctly.
