    Release 2026/05/26

In the current release the following changes are included:

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Resource Request (RM) A new internal marketplace allows employees with the appropriate permission to browse published resource requests, self-assess their fit against requirements, and submit applications. Resource managers can publish requests to the marketplace and manage applications through a new applications tab on the request detail page with an accept/reject workflow and email notifications (beta).
1.2 Profile Users can now add the same project to their profile multiple times with different positions, dates, and roles. All related areas — CV generation, candidate search, project team member views, and profile import/export — fully support multiple assignments per project.
1.3 Candidate Search Candidate search requirements now support a weight and a mandatory flag. Higher weights influence the candidate ranking, and a new score column visualizes the overall match. Requirements marked as mandatory automatically pre-filter the results list. The feature can be enabled by administrators on the system settings page.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Global The decídalo MCP server now supports managing certificates, issuing organizations, user languages, and searching for projects. Domain-specific guidance has also been improved.
2.2 Global The recent projects section on the main board now also tracks project and resource request assignments (team member additions, bookings) in addition to project visits.
2.3 Team Timeline (RM) The team timeline now supports a monthly view in addition to the existing weekly view, consistent with the resource plan and project plan.
2.4 Resource Request (RM) When assigning a resource request to a resource group, AI now suggests the best-matching groups based on the request name and role. Suggested groups are highlighted with an AI icon and ordered to the top of the dropdown.
2.5 Bookings Grid A new "Team Lead" column is available in the bookings grid.
2.6 Global The candidate name is now displayed in booking approval tasks on the My Tasks page.
2.7 Candidate Search Related certificates in candidate search requirements can now be edited, similar to the existing related skills editing.
2.8 Profile Users can mark projects on their profile as "top projects" with a star toggle. Top projects are sorted to the top of the project history. A new CV placeholder displays the most relevant projects. Additionally, the project history can now be sorted alphabetically, by customer, or by industry.
2.9 CVs CV templates now support grouping skill sections by proficiency level, enabling structured skill display per category.
2.10 Projects CVs can now be generated and downloaded in bulk directly from the project team view, with the correct customer, project, and position automatically pre-filled.
2.11 Shortlist Shortlisted candidates' CVs can now be exported as a ZIP download, generated on-the-fly using the default template with AI enhancements (beta).
2.12 Candidate Search Administrators can now enable Automatic resource requests in system settings to make AI-based candidate refinement available after candidate search has finished.
