Release 2026/06/08
In the current release the following changes are included:
Highlight Features
|
Where? |
What? |
| 1.1 |
Candidate Search |
A new distance search allows users to filter candidates by geographic proximity to a project location. Users can specify a location and radius to find nearby resources. |
| 1.2 |
Resource Request (RM) |
Resource requests now have a comments tab where editors can add threaded comments with @-mentions. Mentioned users and thread participants receive email notifications. Comments support editing, deletion, and deep-linking from notifications. |
| 1.3 |
Administration |
Administrators can now run an AI-powered analysis of the skill catalogue that identifies skills to merge, rename, recategorize, or delete. Suggestions are presented in a table with reasoning and can be accepted or rejected individually. Rejected suggestions are remembered and will not be suggested again. |
| 1.4 |
Administration |
Skill and CV data can now be administered in additional languages. When an administrator adds a new language under Administration > Languages, relevant profile data — skills, roles, and industries — is translated automatically and becomes available for CV generation. Skill and role names can also be edited manually in each language. |
Minor Features
|
Where? |
What? |
| 2.1 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
When rescheduling a booking, users can now choose to only reschedule a specific time slice rather than replacing the entire planning. |
| 2.2 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
Users can now navigate directly from a profile to that person's resource plan. |
| 2.3 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
Filter dropdown lists in the resource plan are now sorted alphabetically. |
| 2.4 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
The utilization filter in the resource plan is now persisted in the URL, allowing users to share or bookmark filtered views. |
| 2.5 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
The staffing report now includes a "Resource" column indicating whether a person is marked as a resource. |
| 2.6 |
Resource Request (RM) |
A new "Refine candidates" button lets resource managers trigger AI-based candidate refinement against the request requirements. The top-matching candidates are saved with an AI-generated suggestion note explaining their fit (beta). |
| 2.7 |
Candidate Search |
Certificate filtering now respects expiry dates — only active (non-expired) certificates are matched by default. A toggle allows including expired certificates when needed. |
| 2.8 |
Shortlist |
The shortlist CV export now opens the standard CV generation dialog, allowing users to select a template and use AI optimization before downloading. |
| 2.9 |
Reporting |
The quality report now includes additional columns: Legal Entity, Service Line, and Delivery Model. |
| 2.10 |
CVs |
A new CV export placeholder for project location is available in CV templates. |
| 2.11 |
CVs |
Templates using the SkillCategory_<Category_Name>_GroupBySubCategory placeholder now also show category and subcategory on the CV edit view. |
| 2.12 |
Projects |
Email addresses are now displayed below user names in the project team member selection dropdown for easier identification. |
| 2.13 |
Projects |
A tooltip on the central project page now explains why merging is disabled for certain project references. |
| 2.14 |
Projects |
When adding or editing a project, decídalo now checks for potential duplicate companies using AI and warns the user if a similar company already exists. |
| 2.15 |
Administration (Resource Groups) |
Resource group criteria now support a toggle to completely ignore a criterion. When ignored, the criterion is excluded from all permission checks, removing the need to manually select all objects. |
| 2.16 |
Import API |
New GET endpoints are available for roles, certificates, and team managers, enabling reporting integrations. |
| 2.17 |
decídalo MCP server |
The decídalo MCP server now supports filtering the profile list by grid columns, SSO login has been enabled, and existing tools have been improved. |
| 2.18 |
Global (Grids) |
Data grids (such as Companies, Industries, Proposals, Bookings and Profiles) now offer two export options — Export all and Export filtered — just like the candidate and resource-request searches. Export filtered downloads only the rows matching the column filters and sort currently applied to the grid. |
| 2.19 |
Profiles |
The actions on the Profiles grid were reorganized: the export options are now grouped under a single Export menu, and Import is now a separate button next to it. |
Bug Fixes
|
Where? |
What? |
| 3.1 |
Global |
We reworked error dialogs and error pages. Users now see informative messages when navigating to objects that no longer exist instead of technical errors. |

We fixed the approval workflow feedback button not being shown in some cases. |
| 3.3 |
Profile |
We fixed an issue where adding a new skill caused the skills list to temporarily glitch and show placeholder content. |
| 3.4 |
Candidate Search |
We fixed certificate search missing users when duplicate certificate names exist in the database. |
| 3.5 |
Resource Plan (RM) |
We fixed a rounding error in monthly planning calculations. |
| 3.6 |

We fixed filter changes not being saved correctly. |
| 3.7 |

We fixed custom profile fields in the project planning grid having incorrect behavior. |
| 3.8 |

We fixed an issue where not all managers of a resource group were added as project contacts. |
| 3.9 |
Projects |
We fixed an issue allowing duplicate project contacts of the same contact type. |
| 3.10 |
Projects |
We fixed an issue where project team members could not be added. |
| 3.11 |
CVs |
We fixed skill section placeholders in CV templates so they can now be created with the section name in any language, not only the template language. |
| 3.12 |
Profile |
We fixed the project merge feature on the profile quality tab previously filtering to only central projects when merging. |
| 3.13 |
Import API |
We fixed error handling for invalid team IDs, null display names, and null employee types — the API now returns clear error messages instead of unhandled exceptions. |
The next release will be on 22nd June.
