In the current release the following changes are included:

1.1	Projects	Projects now support contact groups, so a whole group of contacts can be associated with a project instead of adding each contact individually.
1.2	Profile	The language and formatting of AI-generated profile text is now customizable. Under Administration > System settings > AI text generation, the summary format and the text style (bullet points or plain text) for project responsibilities and descriptions can be defined centrally. In addition, each profile has a new "AI text generation language" setting on the Account tab that controls the language of all AI-generated text — core competencies, summary, project tasks, and descriptions — independently of the screen language.

2.1	Global Search	Global search now keeps active filters when navigating between results, and breadcrumb navigation has been improved.
2.2	Global	The "Export filtered" option — which downloads only the rows matching the column filters and sort currently applied — is now available across all data grids.
2.3	Global	The "Documentation" area has been renamed to "Help Center" to make it more intuitive to find.
2.4	Global	The My Tasks overview has been expanded to cover more workflow tasks, such as profile approvals, and now supports pagination (beta).
2.5	decídalo MCP server	The decídalo MCP server now offers a new tool to create resource requests, additional filters for the catalogue tool, and more reliable reauthentication when access expires.
2.6	Resource Plan (RM)	The project selection in the resource plan now shows more detail, making it easier to distinguish between similar projects.
2.7	Resource Request (RM)	Resource requests now support selecting multiple contact types.
2.8	Resource Request (RM)	A warning is now shown when a booking's status and the suggestion status don't match.
2.9	Resource Request	The "New resource request" email subject now includes the project name, making notifications easier to organize.
2.10	Marketplace	When someone applies to an internally published resource request, a notification email is now sent. A new setting under Administration lets you automatically publish resource requests to the internal marketplace; automatic publishing is disabled by default (beta).
2.11	Reporting	New reporting tabs provide detailed utilization reporting by team or by user, including the option to define custom metrics (beta).
2.12	CVs	Bulk creation and download of CVs now runs asynchronously in the background, so large exports no longer block the interface.
2.13	Import API	The booking POST endpoint now accepts a user's email address as an input field.
2.14	Notifications	Certificate expiration reminder emails are now sent earlier — the reminder window has been increased from 30 to 90 days before expiry.
2.15	Administration	Mandatory certificate fields can now be managed under Administration > Profile quality.
2.16	Administration	A new setting lets administrators exclude a resource group from the staffing process.
2.17	Administration	A new setting can automatically assign the creator of a project as its project manager.
2.18	Certificates	Certificate managers can now configure per certificate whether an issue date, an expiration date or a document is required. Profiles missing a required field are highlighted on the certificate page and marked as incomplete.
2.19	Administration	A new permission controls whether users can create new certificates; adding existing certificates to a profile is always possible.

Bug Fixes

3.1	CVs	We fixed several issues with the CV update: the update button now appears when only the skills page changed, duplicates are handled correctly, and top skills are now applied properly.
3.2	Profile	We fixed certificate documents not being downloadable from the certificate side drawer.
3.3	Administration	We fixed an issue that prevented authorization roles from being deleted.
3.4	Import API	We fixed API pagination breaking instead of returning an empty list when there are no further results.
3.5	Global	We fixed an issue that prevented links longer than 500 characters from being saved.
