Release 2026/07/06
In the current release the following changes are included:
Time recording — join the pilot. We are piloting time recording, a new "My Timesheets" view for capturing working times. If you would like to take part, please get in touch with us.
Highlight Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Administration | Data fields on profiles, projects, bookings and resource requests can now be marked as confidential. A new "View restricted fields" permission controls who may see them; restricted values are hidden everywhere — detail pages, grids, search and exports — and appear in a dedicated, locked "Restricted data" tab only for authorized users. |
| 1.2 | Profile | A skill-gap analysis is now available directly on the profile. Opening a role on a profile now opens a role side drawer that compares the role's required skills with the profile's assessed skills as a sorted table and a radar chart, and highlights skills that don't meet the requirement. Skill levels can also be updated directly in the role side drawer — setting a level on a missing skill adds it to the profile. |
| 1.3 | Projects | A new reference-presentations page brings the presentations from all projects together in one overview, with multi-select, bulk export and saveable filters. |
Minor Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Global | A user's email address is now shown on hover cards wherever a user appears — in grids and detail views, including creator and editor cells, the team manager field, and contacts — and exports now include the email next to the name as "Name (email)". |
| 2.2 | Resource Plan (RM) | The customer selection in the resource plan is now wider for better readability. |
| 2.3 | Project Plan (RM) | When saving a project plan as a template you can now choose whether the booking and planning times are included, and you can update an existing template instead of only creating a new one. |
| 2.4 | Resource Request (RM) | Bulk operations are now available on the candidates tab of a resource request. |
| 2.5 | decídalo MCP server | The decídalo MCP server now has a dedicated AI permissions tab under Administration > Permissions, where administrators control which AI tools and data each role may access. It also exposes projects in the catalogue tool and adds a generic catalogue-entity search. |
| 2.6 | CVs | On one-pager templates with skill sections, the CV content editor now lists the remaining assessed skills per category as greyed-out suggestions with a plus button and shows each category's capacity — so skills can be added with one click instead of by drag and drop. |
| 2.7 | Profile | Several profile improvements: the details section can now be collapsed (collapsed by default), roles can be added and removed by selecting and deselecting them like skills, and the role list is now sorted alphabetically, project history can be sorted by end date, and resource group membership is now shown in the profile's core data on the Account tab. |
| 2.8 | Projects | The project header now shows who created and last updated the project. |
| 2.9 | Import API | New GET endpoints are available for projects, including project team members and contacts. |
| 2.10 | Import API | The booking endpoint now exposes additional properties for working with weekly and monthly planning, not only daily. |
| 2.11 | Import API | Projects and bookings now expose a flag indicating whether they were imported. |
| 2.12 | Notifications | An email notification is now sent when a booking is deleted. |
| 2.13 | Administration | A new setting (off by default) automatically adjusts a booking's start and end date when its planning changes. |
| 2.14 | Administration | A new setting (off by default) automatically adds the industries from a profile's project history to the profile. |
Bug Fixes
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 3.1 | Global | We fixed outdated permission information after a release causing some pages to fail to load; permissions are now revalidated automatically. |
| 3.2 | Global | We fixed the "Create project" quick action being shown to users whose "Project references" page is hidden. |
| 3.3 | Resource Request | We fixed a user still being shown as booked on a resource request when the booking no longer existed. |
| 3.4 | Resource Request | We fixed requests for a non-existent resource request returning a server error instead of a clear "not found" response. |
| 3.5 | Profile | We fixed the profile-quality indicator not recognizing certain fields, such as the industry on a project. |
| 3.6 | CVs | We fixed several issues with custom properties on CVs: translations for CV languages are now applied to "Select" properties, "Multiselect" properties can be edited on the CV edit page, and multiselect now works for top projects. |
| 3.7 | Projects | We fixed an exception when adding a team member under certain permission configurations. |
| 3.8 | Projects | We fixed permission issues with project contacts in the project creation dialog. |
| 3.9 | Administration | We fixed being unable to remove a default setting in administration. |
| 3.10 | Notifications | We fixed the missing currency symbol (for example CHF) next to the project volume in notification emails. |
| 3.11 | Notifications | We reduced noise from the "employee profile updated" notification by sending it at most once per hour. |
The next release will be on 20th July.
