    Release 2026/07/20

In the current release the following changes are included:

Time recording pilot — now with billing and accounting. The time recording pilot now includes an accounting area: invoices can be created per client, contract or project for an accounting period, grouping the related timesheets and taking the project's billing rates into account. Once an invoice has been sent, the invoiced time recordings are locked against changes. If you would like to take part in the pilot, please get in touch with us.

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Global Substitutes can now be set up for any person: a substitute temporarily acts with the represented person's permissions across team and resource group management, project contacts, resource requests, workflow approvals in My Tasks (in a dedicated tab showing the original assignee), email notifications and menu items. A banner shows when you are acting as a substitute, and a permission controls who may be selected as one.
1.2 Projects / Candidate Search A candidate's utilization for the selected period is now shown directly in the booking dialog and in the candidate drawer of the candidate search — split into confirmed bookings and including preliminary bookings, with an average value and an expandable per-day utilization chart — so an overload is spotted before booking.
1.3 Projects / Project Plan (RM) Multiple bookings can now be edited at once: select several people on the project team members tab or in the project plan to extend their bookings to a new end date, move them to another project, or reschedule them in one step.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Global The Skills, Internal Marketplace and Roles grids now remember the column selection and column widths per user.
2.2 Global Single object pages (profile, project, resource request) now make better use of the available screen width, and the navigation sidebar collapses automatically on small windows instead of showing a horizontal scrollbar.
2.3 Resource Plan (RM) The resource plan is now also accessible to project contacts, showing the schedules of the team members of their own projects. This is gated behind a new "View all schedules of team members" permission that an administrator must grant.
2.4 Resource Request (RM) The resource request grid can now show a "Requestor" column.
2.5 Resource Request (RM) The warning shown when a candidate's booking status contradicts their suggestion status now also appears for candidates who applied via the internal marketplace.
2.6 Project Plan (RM) The consultants staffed on a project can now be exported directly from the project plan — the export contains only the actually staffed people across all requests of the project.
2.7 decídalo MCP server The decídalo MCP server can now update profiles — including skills and trainings — and trainings can be discovered through the catalogue tool.
2.8 Candidate Search Mandatory criteria are now marked with a clear "Mandatory" indicator below the criteria name instead of an asterisk, and the search export now includes each criterion's weight and mandatory flag in the column title.
2.9 Profile When an added skill is actually a language or an industry, it is now detected and added to the correct section of the profile automatically — the correction is shown on the skills tab and can be reverted with one click.
2.10 Profile The profile changes drawer shown to reviewers now displays the actual skill level change (for example 2 → 3) instead of just "Modified".
2.11 CVs When the profile data has changed since a CV was generated, the CV now shows a prominent banner instead of only an update button.
2.12 CVs A new ProjectID placeholder is available for CV templates.
2.13 Import API New GET endpoints for profile data: roles, certificates, languages, trainings, publications, testimonials, professional experience and industries, plus team managers.
2.14 Import API The project, resource request and booking GET endpoints expose additional fields (creator, last editor, delivery model, person days, request candidates), a new resource request contacts endpoint is available, and the resource request and booking POST endpoints accept additional fields.
2.15 Import API Projects can now be imported asynchronously in batches, with a status endpoint to track the import.
2.16 Import API A new POST endpoint adds, updates and removes the skills of a profile — including skill level and top skill flag. Skills can be identified via a new SkillCode field, which is also available on the skills endpoints.
2.17 Import API Please note: the user skills endpoint has moved to the profile section (importapi/Profile/UserSkills). The previous route (importapi/Skill/UserSkills) is deprecated and will be removed in a future release — please update your integrations.
2.18 Import API The project, resource request, booking and user skills GET endpoints support new filter parameters for incremental data retrieval (last updated on or after, central project, country code).
2.19 Import API The company import endpoint can now delete companies via a delete flag.

    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
3.1 CVs We fixed several CV issues: the empty line that was always added below rich text fields, custom text fields being unintentionally translated on CVs (fields can now be excluded from translation), an error that could appear when quickly adding and removing CV items, dummy profiles being silently included in bulk CV add / CV export (they are now disabled with an explanation), the "Edit visible CVs" permission (set to "Own data" or higher) not allowing users to edit CVs they created on another profile, and bulleted project-contribution lists being indented instead of following the template's alignment in PowerPoint CV exports.
3.2 Profile We fixed several profile issues: languages from CVs parsed in other languages (for example Turkish) are now added to the profile, the automatic category detection now assigns an existing category and subcategory when a new skill is created, the "Last updated" date range filter on the skills tab now returns results, and profile approval is no longer lost when clicking into a project's personal tasks and responsibilities field and out again without making a change.
3.3 Candidate Search We fixed several candidate search issues: the results grid header no longer overflows when requirement weighting is enabled, project search results now show how each project was matched with less relevant details collapsed, the AI extraction of education requirements was improved, resource request attributes set as default filters now also work for custom property fields, and the search loading screen no longer shows the previous criteria after the requirements were changed and a new search was started.
3.4 Global Search We fixed "Export all" only returning the first 100 results.
3.5 Resource Request We fixed a server error when opening a resource request with an incomplete project experience requirement, the "+ Create" link above the resource request table now being reachable with the keyboard, and the Resource Manager and Contacts column filters on the request and project overviews offering no values to filter by.
3.6 Project Plan (RM) We fixed the dates of a sub-project phase not being applied when booking consultants onto that phase, and preliminary bookings not being counted in the overview.
3.7 Reporting We fixed the team utilization report showing unreadable values on the y-axis when the utilization was very high, and the login statistics dashboard showing incorrect figures.
3.8 Notifications We fixed the "new resource request" notification being sent twice when a recipient is both resource manager and part of the resource group.
3.9 Notifications We fixed the booking workflow notification linking to a page the recipient is not allowed to see — the button now leads to "My schedule" instead.
3.10 Administration We fixed the skills export not including the skill translations for additionally configured CV languages.
3.11 Import API We fixed the role import not updating role name translations, enabling a login for an existing user without an authorization role no longer fails (the default role is assigned automatically), and the booking import leaving capacity or person days at the default when only one of the two was provided — the missing value is now derived from the booking's time range.

The next release will be on 3rd August.
