Release 2026/08/17
In the current release the following changes are included:
Time recording pilot — managed timesheets and Outlook integration. The time recording pilot now includes managed timesheets: with the new timesheet permissions, managers can open and maintain their team members' timesheets, including a read-only mode. An Outlook calendar integration suggests time entries from your meetings with AI support. In addition, servicesheets offer a combined view of recorded and invoiced times with editable drafts, orders got their own rate entries tab, and the wording was clarified across the pilot. If you would like to take part in the pilot, please get in touch with us.
Highlight Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Candidate Search | Until now, how the AI interpreted a resource request's requirements only became visible after a search was started. Requirements are now analyzed immediately after extraction: each requirement in the request overview shows how it was understood, with an expandable details view of the recognized skills, roles, certificates and education levels, and a warning when something could not be matched. The interpretation can be corrected before searching — for example by selecting the matching roles from your role catalog — and searches use the curated interpretation directly, so they start faster and match what you approved. |
| 1.2 | Profile | New users get a better start: after a CV is uploaded and parsed during the profile setup, the confirmation dialog now shows the resulting profile quality directly, together with expandable next steps to complete the profile — so it is immediately clear where the profile stands and what to do next, without the previous setup banner. |
Minor Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Global Search | Free-text search results now lead with the name of the matched project, and matches in project descriptions, personal tasks and positions are labeled separately — so it is clear why a person was found. |
| 2.2 | Resource Plan (RM) | The resource plan can now be tailored to how each planner works: define your own utilization and availability thresholds and save them as personal filters, switch the date range with duration shortcuts (2 weeks / 1 month) that remember your last-used duration, and display planned time as hours (hh:mm) in the weekly and monthly views as well as on the project plan. |
| 2.3 | Resource Plan (RM) | A new "Hide unbooked project members" display setting reduces the selected projects' members to those actually booked in the period. Previously this filter was only applied when jumping to the resource plan from a project; it is now a regular setting that is remembered per user. |
| 2.4 | Resource Plan (RM) | The resource plan and team utilization exports now respect the filters applied in the view, instead of always exporting everything. |
| 2.5 | Resource Plan (RM) | Bookings can now be set directly to "Rejected" — as a fourth option next to soft, reserved and confirmed — by users with the new "Reject bookings" permission. A dialog always asks for the rejection reason, on every page where the booking status can be changed. |
| 2.6 | Project Plan (RM) | The "Hide bookings with empty schedules" and "Show rejected bookings" display settings, familiar from the resource plan, are now also available on the project plan. |
| 2.7 | Project Plan (RM) | In the fullscreen view, the switch between team members and work packages moved to the title bar, the date picker was relocated, and the selected date range is now shared between both views. |
| 2.8 | Projects (RM) | Work packages can now be connected to resource requests: link an existing request to a work package or create a new request directly from the work package, so the planned demand from the work-package planner and the staffing request stay in sync. Connected requests are shown with their status directly on the work package (beta). |
| 2.9 | Team Timeline (RM) | Team bookings now have their own icon, so they are easier to tell apart from sub-teams. |
| 2.10 | Marketplace | Requests on the internal marketplace now show a good-match indicator based on the request's requirements, and a new availability column with a utilization view in the request details — including a jump to your own schedule (beta). |
| 2.11 | Skill Matrix | The team and people selection of the skill matrix can now be saved as named filters per user. |
| 2.12 | Skills | The category and sub-category of a skill can now be set directly when creating skills and edited inline in the skills grid — including an AI-based categorization on demand. |
| 2.13 | Profile | Skill pickers now show each skill's category and sub-category and group the skills already on the profile, making it easier to pick the right skill instead of creating a duplicate. |
| 2.14 | Profile | "Top projects" and "top certificates" are now profile quality criteria: they count toward the profile score, appear as next steps in the profile quality view and are included in the profile quality report. |
| 2.15 | Profile | A new role skill coverage report shows how well people cover the skill and certificate requirements of their assigned roles — exportable for all users from the profiles grid, or for a single person from the profile's skills tab. |
| 2.16 | Notifications | The "CV downloaded" notification is now also sent when a CV is exported via the profile preview ("view in my language"). |
| 2.17 | Administration | Viewing and editing resource requests are now separate permissions, and a new permission controls access to a request's candidates and comments tabs. Users with view-only access get a read-only candidate search, and CV access from a request follows the CV type permissions. |
| 2.18 | Administration | A new "Candidate suggestions" page under Administration > Resource management lets you configure per role who receives the "Review candidate suggestion" and the new "Review marketplace application" tasks and the related emails. Marketplace applications can now also create a task in My Tasks (beta). |
| 2.19 | Administration | A new "Hybrid project experience retrieval" setting on the Configuration page lets the candidate search find project experience with a combined text and category search instead of strict category filtering, improving the results for project requirements. Off by default. |
| 2.20 | Import API | The project and booking GET responses now include the company name in addition to the company ID. |
Bug Fixes
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 3.1 | Global | We fixed grids freezing when a saved filter was added or removed, missing feedback when deleting a filter failed, and truncated column labels in search results — the full text is now shown on hover. |
| 3.2 | Global Search | We fixed a server error in the global search and the shortlist for profiles with texts in multiple languages. |
| 3.3 | Resource Plan (RM) | We fixed display settings on the resource plan and team utilization not being saved, booked times not showing on "My schedule", booking dates not being saved when rescheduling a booking without capacity, inline booking edits disappearing after a refresh, an error for team-scoped users without a team, and improved the loading performance for organizations with many bookings. |
| 3.4 | Resource Request | We fixed a server error when opening a resource request that was deleted moments before. |
| 3.5 | Candidate Search | We fixed words being concatenated when formatting was removed from request descriptions, which could degrade the requirement extraction and matching quality. |
| 3.6 | Projects | We fixed an error on bulk deletion of team members, and mandatory fields in the create project and create resource request dialogs not being marked with an asterisk or showing an error state. |
| 3.7 | Profile | We fixed missing feedback when deleting a career history entry (the action can no longer be triggered twice), long skill names and job positions overlapping in the profile header, and relative date terms like "today" in imported career histories being converted into a wrong fixed date. |
| 3.8 | CVs | We fixed skill levels and removed skills not being applied when refreshing a CV, missing field labels for empty customer and industry fields, the focus jumping back to the name field after selecting a project, PowerPoint templates without placeholders breaking the template upload, the CV list hiding CVs the user is allowed to see (viewing is now controlled per CV type), and CV texts being translated from the wrong source language. |
| 3.9 | Data Fields | We fixed deleting a select field's default value silently making another option the default, the default value for "Central project" breaking project creation, ID columns added to project grids breaking project creation and merge, and the create button staying disabled when a multiselect field was configured. |
| 3.10 | Administration | We fixed resource groups not being deletable while still assigned to a project, the AI skill cleanup getting stuck "in progress", and the buttons on the quick links page not staying at the end of the row. |
| 3.11 | Import API | We fixed failed project imports removing the project's existing contacts — contacts are now validated before anything is written. |
The next release will be on 31st August.
