    Release 2026/09/14

In the current release the following changes are included:

Time recording pilot — global rate catalogue, recording types and order controlling. Rates are now a global catalogue that is picked instead of retyped, and a new recording type catalogue lets an entry record more than working time — for example distances or quantities — configured per recording target and priced per order position. Orders and order positions now show what has already been delivered and what is on a servicesheet, the agreed amount is available as a column on the orders grids, and the currency is set once on the order and inherited by its positions. The project Delivery tab was split into an approval view and an issued view, servicesheet policies gained a 45 minute rounding step and a corrected minimum duration rule, a servicesheet can be composed from a second entry point, and withdrawing a servicesheet releases its recording entries again. The time recording Import API endpoints were extended with order date filters, order position codes and timesheet subject filters. If you would like to take part in the pilot, please get in touch with us.

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Profile New employees are now guided through their profile by an onboarding assistant: step by step through personal details, professional experience, projects, skills, roles, certificates, industries, languages and a top project. Uploading a CV first lets the assistant prefill the steps with AI support, and a quality banner shows what is still missing. A welcome email points new users to the assistant.
1.2 Global Comments and a change log are now available directly from the page header of a project, a resource request and a booking — two new side drawers on the same three pages. Comments are no longer limited to resource requests: a shared comments side drawer opens on projects and bookings as well, so a discussion stays next to the data it is about instead of living on a separate tab. New email notifications inform you about a comment on a project or a booking and link straight to the comment, and two new permissions control who may read and write project comments and booking comments. The change log side drawer shows who changed what and when: each entry names the person who made the change — including changes made automatically on their behalf — and shows the previous and the new value with the label you see in the app, in your own display language.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Global Grid filters are now kept when you return to a grid through the breadcrumb: the filters you had set are restored instead of being replaced by your last used filter.
2.2 Resource Plan (RM) Clicking a person's name on the resource plan now opens a side drawer with their core profile details — including team manager, e-mail and top skills — instead of navigating away from the plan.
2.3 Resource Plan (RM) Bookings can now be planned in hours per week: the booking dialogs and the booking side drawer offer an hours per week field next to person days, prefilled from the capacity when the dialog opens.
2.4 Resource Plan (RM) The project selection on the resource plan and on "My schedule" now offers the projects of the person in the row first, with all remaining projects under "Other projects". On "My schedule" — and on your own row — that first group is called "My projects"; on the resource plan it is named after the person you are planning for.
2.5 Internal Marketplace The internal marketplace is no longer a preview feature. It is now available to everyone with the corresponding permission, without preview features being enabled.
2.6 Candidate Search The candidate search understands requirements better: generic certificate requirements such as "a cloud certification" are recognised next to named ones and keep their level qualifier, industry requirements are matched against the industry catalogue instead of free text, and projects with implausible date ranges are skipped when the project experience duration is calculated.
2.7 Trainings The export on the trainings page has two new options: "Export all with participants" and "Export filtered with participants" produce one row per participant, adding the participant and the training's start and end date to the training columns. A training without participants still appears once, with those cells empty, and the filtered variants follow the filters and sorting currently set on the table. The participants export additionally requires access to the training catalogue.
2.8 Profile The projects on a profile have been reworked: each project is shown as a card with its logo, client and industry, you can add your own personal description to a project entry, and the skills of a project entry can be ordered by drag and drop. Projects you are not allowed to edit open in a read-only drawer that explains why.
2.9 Skills The relations between a skill and its core skills can now be edited directly in the skill side drawer, with the skill categories shown in the selection.
2.10 Skill Matrix Skill filters can now be composed across several searches: skills you selected under an earlier search term stay selected when you look for further skills.
2.11 Projects When a project description is generated with AI support, the data already captured on the project is now taken into account, so the generated text fits the project instead of starting from scratch.
2.12 Projects Reference presentation templates now support a configurable date format, like CV templates — including the date fields in the header and footer, with localized day names.
2.13 Administration Access to the skill, certificate and role catalogues is now granted with two separate permissions instead of one: "View skills, certificates and roles" opens the catalogues and their holder lists without any editing action, and "Manage skills, certificates and roles" grants the previous rights to create, edit, merge and delete entries.
2.14 Administration Spanish is now available as a fifth display language, next to German, English, French and Japanese. Administrators activate it under Administration > Languages; on activation the catalogues you maintain yourself are translated with AI support. Spanish covers the app, the marketplace and registration pages, the mobile app, the email notifications and the exports.
2.15 decídalo MCP server Your connected AI assistant can now create and update projects and users, and update trainings and certificates through the same update tool as every other entity. Every catalogue entry can be looked up by its ID, the assistant can ask for the field schema of every entity it is allowed to create, and a write that only partly succeeds now reports exactly which fields were saved.
2.16 Import API The user GET endpoint now returns the date of the last login and supports paging and a filter by employee ID.
2.17 Import API Custom properties on work packages can now be imported and are returned by the work package GET endpoint.
2.18 Import API The top project flag of a profile's project history can now be imported.

    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
3.1 Global We fixed several issues with grid filters: a saved filter with a date range was shown as unsaved, filter values and the From/To bounds of a date range were not interpreted in your own time zone, and a query with an empty filter could fail. We also fixed the row action button being shown on rows that have no actions.
3.2 Profile We fixed reverting an AI typo correction on the skills of a profile silently deleting a skill that was not on the loaded page of the grid.
3.3 CVs We fixed moving a skill on a CV saving an invalid position, which could make adding further skills fail, and a race condition when a CV was edited from two places at the same time.
3.4 Resource Plan (RM) We fixed an error when cloning a booking that carries a booking code, a booking detail link that broke the tabs on the booking page, and the staffing report export not respecting the preview feature setting and the reach of the person exporting.
3.5 Project Plan (RM) We fixed the "Workpackages" column not being hideable in the project plan.
3.6 Shortlist We fixed the CV export of a shortlist running into a timeout for larger shortlists — the export now runs in the background and reports when it is ready.
3.7 Candidate Search We fixed the export of a filtered candidate list ignoring the export settings. "Export all" now exports the complete list, and anonymized candidates are no longer linked.
3.8 Leads We fixed the requirement analysis of a lead failing when the requirements were read from an uploaded file.
3.9 Reporting We fixed the skill overview not blocking a user with the "Team" view scope who does not manage a team; managers who only lead subteams now see their home team.
3.10 Administration (RM) We fixed the working time patterns being less restricted in the backend than in the interface, so a user without the corresponding permission could still change them.
3.11 Resource Request We fixed the Japanese labels of the "Soft booked", "Reserved" and "Confirmed person days" columns showing dates instead of effort.
3.12 Notifications We fixed the missing "%" symbol behind the capacity in the booking approval and resource request emails, resource request notification emails failing when the capacity was very large, and the introductory sentence of the booking ending email falling back to English in Japanese and Spanish.
3.13 decídalo MCP server We fixed the server announcing the wrong issuer in its OAuth metadata, which prevented standard compliant clients from connecting.
3.14 Import API We fixed the working time pattern import not reporting a conflicting pattern code clearly and not matching existing codes correctly, users being created without a team although a valid team code was sent, a failed row still causing side effects and, in some cases, aborting the whole batch, and unchanged users being reported as changed because list and currency custom properties were compared incorrectly.

The next release will be on 28th September.
