    Release 2026/09/28

In the current release the following changes are included:

Time recording pilot: timesheet export for finance systems, per-project approval and AI-assisted order entry.

Orders. An order can now be created from an uploaded purchase-order PDF: the order header and its positions are extracted with AI support, matched against your customers and rate cards, and you only review and confirm. An order can be taken off a single project instead of only being deleted: the Orders tab of a project offers Remove from project next to Delete, and the delete confirmation makes clear that the whole order with all its positions is removed everywhere. Removing an order from a project that already has time recorded against it is refused, on the Orders tab, on the order page and through the Import API alike.

Approval and export statuses. Time recording approval is no longer an all-or-nothing setting: recorded time is confirmed automatically by default, and the approval step is switched on per project where it is needed. For exports to finance systems, recording entries can be marked Submitted through the Import API and are then locked. Submitted time can be cancelled in the app with the new permission "Cancel project time recording", and the cancellation is marked Cancellation submitted through the API.

Finance mapping and permissions. Activity types and general activities carry a target system code, rates and activity types an optional category, so finance systems can map and aggregate exported time. The former "Manage billing" permission is split: the new "Manage accounting" permission covers rate cards, framework agreements and the order override, while "Manage billing" is limited to servicesheets and billable work.

Import API. A new endpoint pair exports and upserts recording entries across all users, as JSON or CSV. The orders endpoint is paged and available as CSV. Changes beneath an order or a work package now move the parent's last-updated date, and a new endpoint lists the recording targets of work packages linked to order positions. The timesheet endpoint accepts the same filter names as the other Import API endpoints (workDateOnOrAfter, workDateOnOrBefore, createdOnOrAfter, lastUpdatedOnOrAfter, lastImportedOnOrAfter); the previous names keep working.

Timesheet. My timesheet and Timesheets gained a Report button with a work time report: an Excel export for a chosen period with one row per day showing start, end, break, actual and target working time, overtime and the running balance, the target respecting the working time pattern, public holidays and absences. The timesheet sums are shown as hh:mm, Outlook suggestions match subjects more reliably, and the subject of a suggestion can be changed before accepting it.

    Highlight Features

    Where? What?
1.1 Resource Plan (RM) Availability can now be measured against revenue-related work only. Administrators enable Bench management under Administration > System settings and define on the new page Administration > Resource management > Booking accounting types which accounting types count as revenue related. The resource plan settings then offer the switch Include non-revenue bookings in totals: switched off, bookings on internal or otherwise non-revenue types are shown hatched and left out of the availability totals, the utilization view splits into revenue related and not revenue related, and the Excel exports of the resource plan follow the same rule. Accounting types that are no longer needed can be retired on the new page.

    Minor Features

    Where? What?
2.1 Global Search The resource filter is now a regular filter in the global search filter row, like on the profiles grid, instead of being hidden in the settings menu. The option to include expired certificates moved below the certificate selection, and the settings menu is gone.
2.2 Global Search The free text search toggle now remembers your choice: its state is saved per user, with free text search switched off by default.
2.3 Projects (RM) Users whose project role grants "Create and edit resource requests" can now see, create and edit the resource requests of those projects, and open the resource requests page, without needing a general resource request permission.
2.4 Reporting (RM) A new Staffing SLA dashboard shows how your staffing process performs: open and overdue requests, on-time rate, average days to staff and its trend, time to the first candidate, average age of checklist items, request status, and breakdowns by resource group, request country and project country. It requires the Power BI integration and a resource request view scope of Team or wider (beta).
2.5 Profile When you add a certificate by typing its name, the AI typo correction now also checks whether the certificate already exists in the catalogue and proposes it, and looks for a matching issuing organization if none is found. The light bulb icon lets you return to exactly what you typed.
2.6 CVs A merge field that renders nothing in a CV template or reference presentation now also removes the characters around it, for example the brackets around an empty list, and the empty line it would leave behind.
2.7 CVs A label in front of a formatted field, such as a project description, can now be placed on the same line as the text. The new template option inlineTextBefore works like textBefore, but keeps the label in the first paragraph of the field instead of putting it on the line above. It is available on the CV one-pager and on the reference presentation one-pager, and the label is only shown when the field has a value. Existing templates are unaffected, because textBefore keeps working exactly as before.
2.8 Notifications A new email notification New entries in the internal marketplace informs users once a day about the resource requests published to the internal marketplace in the last 24 hours, with title, role, period, capacity, company and a link to each entry. It is switched off by default; once an administrator activates it, every user who can see the internal marketplace receives it and can unsubscribe on Profile > Account.
2.9 Notifications The certificate expiration reminder is now sent 90 days before a certificate expires instead of 30, leaving enough time to recertify.
2.10 Administration The AI skill cleanup gained a category action: the analysis suggests a category for skills that have none, and proposes a change only where another existing category fits clearly better. The suggestions are handled like the existing merge and typo suggestions.
2.11 Administration Under Administration > System settings > AI configuration, a prompt for the CV summary can now be defined, in a personalised and an anonymous variant. It is used when "Customize CV with AI to match context" is enabled when creating a CV.
2.12 Administration Options of select data fields can now be deactivated instead of deleted: the field dialog under Administration > Data fields offers an Active switch per option. An inactive option is no longer offered when editing, but stays on the entries that already use it. At least one option has to stay active.
2.13 Administration Every permission on Administration > Permissions now has an info icon that explains what the permission covers, on the resource based, project based and AI tool based tabs.
2.14 Administration The export on the Roles page is now a workbook with three sheets: Roles as before, Requirements with one row per role and requirement including type and target level, and Holders with one row per role and holder including name, email and team. Same button, same click. The Holders sheet requires access to the holder lists.
2.15 decídalo MCP server Your connected AI assistant can now read login statistics (accounts with and without a login, unique logins per month), update skills and roles through the same update tool as every other entity, and look up skill categories, so a skill's category can be set by name.
2.16 Import API The project GET endpoint supports filters for business unit, practice area, legal entity, company, dates and identity, and returns its results paged. The booking GET endpoint accepts a booking code filter.
2.17 Import API The user GET endpoint can be filtered by country code.
2.18 Import API The booking GET endpoint accepts the email address as a user filter, next to the employee ID.
2.19 Import API Projects created through the Import API now receive their automatic contact groups and resource groups, exactly like projects created in the app.
2.20 Import API Comments on projects and on bookings can now be imported in batches through two new endpoints.

    Bug Fixes

    Where? What?
3.1 Global We fixed pinned header favorites losing pages that were not available to you at the time of pinning, so that they now reappear after a role upgrade. We also fixed UTC timestamps in grid Excel exports not being labelled as such, a date picked in a date editor being saved as the following day for users in time zones ahead of UTC, candidate suggestion tasks on My Tasks showing real names to viewers without profile visibility, and missing translations that showed the raw key, most of them in Spanish, together with the quotation marks in all languages.
3.2 Global Search We fixed the global search failing for organizations whose default working profile has no working days.
3.3 Profile We fixed selecting a suggested certificate from the master list creating duplicates, adding a certificate that is already on the profile ending in an error instead of a message, the "View profile in my language" preview failing for long Japanese project positions, and a project created on a profile without the project status field being set to "Planned" instead of "Completed".
3.4 CVs We fixed the language selection in the template dialog jumping back to the previous language, changing the template in the CV editor breaking the template list for users with limited CV permissions, and removing a skill from a CV failing when another CV was saved at the same time.
3.5 Projects We fixed the "Show customer data on CV" column in the project grids not following the company's setting, and a project without a project code not being mergeable into a project that has one.
3.6 Projects (RM) We fixed a booking with the same start and end date failing in the add team member dialog, and the breadcrumbs of a resource request opened from a project's Requests tab leading out of the project.
3.7 Project Plan (RM) We fixed the Creator and Updated by names wrapping onto two lines.
3.8 Resource Plan (RM) We fixed clicks on selected cells sending duplicate saves that could end in an error, a confirmed booking being movable to another person by users without the permission to book that person, and absences being valued with the weekly average working time instead of the hours of the specific day, which produced wrong availability for people with a deviating working time pattern. Users without a picture now show their initials instead of a grey icon.
3.9 Team Timeline (RM) We fixed deactivated users still being shown in the team timeline.
3.10 Candidate Search We fixed the candidate search becoming slow in large organizations when many language requirements were involved.
3.11 Skills We fixed deleting a skill failing when its translation was missing.
3.12 Administration We fixed the user list failing when a user had profile text in more than one language, and deleting a user failing when their uploaded CV file no longer existed.
3.13 Notifications We fixed the description of the "Check planning" notification, which now states that it runs daily and checks the changes of the last 10 days.
3.14 Time Recording (pilot) We fixed the Tab navigation on the timesheet, the start and end of the working time only being saved together (they are now saved individually, and clicking away saves as well), short entries in the day view looking as if they overlapped, an error when linking an activity type to an order position, and a collection of smaller issues: the framework agreement dialog marks mandatory fields and validates like the other dialogs, a subject that records nothing is no longer offered, the rates drawer refreshes after an update, a rate can be on a rate card only once, the rate is carried through the order position import, and the editable status is named "Open" everywhere, including the mobile app.
3.15 decídalo MCP server We fixed tool calls failing with an authorization error once the access token had expired, connected assistants losing their session when the identity server was restarted or deployed, and loading a profile timing out for profiles with many skills.
3.16 Import API We fixed a booking update without start and end date wiping the existing dates, the work package last-updated filter missing changes to linked resources, activity types and order positions, the user import matching select options such as legal entities by their English name only and silently creating duplicates (it now matches the internal name first and then all translations, like the project import), and the SCIM interface returning unclear errors on failed syncs.

The next release will be on 12th October.
