Release 2026/10/12
In the current release the following changes are included:
Time recording pilot: guided project setup, work week view, several working-time sections per day, target time and overtime on the timesheet, and locked prices.
Project setup. The project's Time recording tab is now called Recordable activities and is set up with a guided dialog. You choose how time is recorded on the project: on the project itself, on its work packages, on its order positions, or on order positions linked to work packages. The dialog then leads you step by step through the orders or work packages, the activity types and who may record, shows the timesheet subject each activity type will produce, and saves everything at once when you complete it. Several ways can be set up side by side on the same project.
Timesheet. My timesheet offers a new Work week view that shows only the days you work according to your working time pattern; public holidays stay visible and greyed out. Absences, public holidays and non-working days are marked on the day, and the timesheet shows your target time and overtime, taking them into account. When your working day is split, for example by a private appointment, you can add further working-time sections in the record-time drawer, and decídalo combines them into one entry and calculates the break for you. The grid is easier to read, with clearer separators, visible Start, End and Pause labels on each day and a marker for calculated working times.
Recorded entries. Your organization can add its own data fields to time recording entries. They are carried through drafts and copies and can be filled through the Import API.
Prices and billing. Once time has been recorded on an order position, its price and the catalog rates it uses can no longer be changed, in the app and through the Import API alike, so work that is already recorded keeps its value. A rate that is still in use can't be deleted. Billable work without an order is now grouped by project instead of by customer.

Highlight Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | Bench Management (RM) | The new page Bench Management in the Resource Management menu shows everyone who needs a new assignment in one place: people whose booked work is about to end, suggested by a forecast, and people a resource manager has added by hand. Suggestions can be confirmed, dismissed for a while or complemented by adding a person, and each entry shows the team lead, from when the person is available and booked again, their current occupied capacity and their open applications in the internal marketplace. Find matches opens the internal marketplace for that person, where managers can now also apply on their behalf and follow those applications on the new Applications page. The resource plan shows a bench marker next to each person's availability, so people can be put on the bench or taken off it right there. Administrators switch the feature on with the Bench management setting under Administration > System settings, define what counts as a gap under Administration > Resource management > Bench forecast criteria, and grant the new permissions View bench and Manage bench. Access to the internal marketplace is now the scoped permission Use marketplace, and Marketplace applications decides for whom someone may apply, so both cover a person themselves as well as the people of their teams or resource groups. |
Minor Features
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 2.1 | Team Timeline (RM) | The members of a team are now listed alphabetically by name. |
| 2.2 | Projects (RM) | The manager of the booked team can now confirm or reject a team booking directly on the booking, without general booking rights on the project, and the status field only offers the statuses they may set. They can also select the team members from the booking drawer in the project plan. A rejected team booking can only be staffed again once the rejection is taken back (beta). |
| 2.3 | Resource Request | When a person is both suggested as a candidate and applies through the internal marketplace, the Candidates tab now shows both on one line and opens them in one view. Approving or rejecting one decides the other in the same way, and the candidate receives a single email about the outcome. The AI refinement of candidate suggestions no longer proposes people who were already declined on the request. |
| 2.4 | Resource Request | The export of the resource requests grid now includes the request description. |
| 2.5 | Marketplace | The email about a new application now opens the application directly on the resource request. Accepting an application from My Tasks now offers to create the booking right away, as it already did on the resource request. |
| 2.6 | Candidate Search | The distance requirement can now measure from a person's home address. Administrators activate the new restricted profile field Private address under Administration > Data fields; where it is filled, the distance is calculated from it instead of the office location. The info icon on a person's distance explains which field was used, without revealing restricted places. |
| 2.7 | Profiles | The Export menu on the Profiles page offers two new exports for the profiles currently shown: Skill assessments, with one column per skill and the assessed level, and Certificate status, showing which certificates each profile holds and whether they are still valid. Both follow the filters and sorting of the table. |
| 2.8 | Skills | The skills table now offers Export all and Export filtered, like the other tables. |
| 2.9 | Certificates | The certificate export is now a workbook with Export all and Export filtered: the Certificates sheet lists the catalogue with its number of holders and is available to everyone who can view certificates, the Holders sheet lists each holder with issue and expiration dates, team, profit center and further profile fields and requires the permission to manage certificates. Holders whose profile you may not view are anonymized. |
| 2.10 | CVs | CV templates can show the length of a project, position or training, such as “3 years”, with the new DurationLength field. Unit and rounding can be set in the template. |
| 2.11 | Companies | A company can now have its official name in every language of your organization. The Companies page shows one name column per language, the create dialog asks for the names per language, and selection lists and CVs show the name in the respective language, while the search finds a company by any of its names. Where no name was entered for a language, the existing name is used unchanged; names are never translated automatically. Names entered by hand or through the Import API always take precedence. |
| 2.12 | Administration | Resource requests can now point out missing information without making fields mandatory. Under Administration > Resource management > Resource request warnings, choose the fields that should show a warning when empty; the request then shows a banner and a warning sign next to each empty field, also while it is being created. No field is selected by default. |
| 2.13 | Administration | Resource requests can now be sized in person days instead of head count. With the new setting Fulfil resource requests by person days under Administration > System settings > Feature settings (off by default), a request is set to Done once its confirmed bookings cover the requested person days, Requested candidates is hidden and Person days becomes mandatory. The Resource requests tab of a project now also shows the soft booked, reserved and confirmed person days. |
| 2.14 | Administration | Administrators can now add their own project contact types next to the four built-in ones, for example a delivery lead or a quality manager. Click Create on the Project based tab of Administration > Permissions: the new type appears as its own column, starts with the permissions of the project assistant and can then be adjusted. It can be renamed per language or switched off under Administration > Data fields > Project, has its own contact groups and can be selected as a recipient of project notifications. A contact type you added can be deleted once nobody is assigned to it any more. |
| 2.15 | decídalo MCP server | Your connected AI assistant can now create profiles, and bookings it lists show which approvals are still pending and since when. |
Bug Fixes
| Where? | What? | |
|---|---|---|
| 3.1 | Global | We fixed people and resource requests you are allowed to see sometimes not appearing in selection lists, searches not finding entries whose names contain special characters such as “[” or “&”, and profile changes taking up to an hour to appear in the search. We also improved the reliability of the AI features in decídalo. |
| 3.2 | Global Search | We fixed the search returning no certificates for broad keywords in organizations with a large certificate catalogue. |
| 3.3 | Resource Plan (RM) | We fixed the Excel export missing people in very large organizations, a rounded 100 % being highlighted as overbooked, the booking dialogs becoming unresponsive when an end date far in the future was entered, and larger views of the resource plan loading slowly. |
| 3.4 | Projects (RM) | We fixed creating a position failing for a period without working days, a position with an end date before its start date being accepted, and the availability in the team members selection of a team booking being too high for periods that start or end in the middle of a week. |
| 3.5 | Projects | We fixed the managers of a resource group selected in the project creation dialog not being added as resource managers of the new project. |
| 3.6 | Resource Request | We fixed the history of a resource request showing changed descriptions as raw formatting, missing added requirements and created bookings and sometimes naming the wrong user, with similar gaps in the change log of projects. We also fixed the tooltip of a requirement's Mandatory checkbox blocking the next checkbox. |
| 3.7 | Profile | We fixed changes to multi-select data fields not resetting the approval of a profile. |
| 3.8 | Skill Matrix | We fixed the AI-based skill level generation failing when a person had two skills with the same name. |
| 3.9 | CVs | We fixed the PDF export splitting projects across pages although the template keeps them together, as the Word export already did, dates of the professional experience being translated incorrectly in CVs created in another language than the profile, and an error when refreshing a CV that had been deleted in the meantime. |
| 3.10 | Notifications | We fixed some resource request notifications not being sent. |
| 3.11 | Administration (Teams) | We fixed deleting a team failing when a table filter was shared with it. |
| 3.12 | Time Recording (pilot) | We fixed entering only minutes in a time field, such as a 30-minute break, not being saved, and the activity types of a work package disappearing once an order position was connected. |
| 3.13 | Import API | We fixed deactivated custom data fields missing from the responses, a single invalid booking rejecting the whole booking import, large team imports running into a timeout, and unexpected errors returning an empty response instead of an error message. |
The next release will be on 26th October.
