Release 2024/11/04

We are introducing a new process for the upcoming releases. From now on there will be a regular release every two weeks on Monday.
We will publish all information about the upcoming release a few days in advance via mail that is sent out to application administrators. On the day of the release, the information will also be made available in this section.

Important Information

With this release the support of custom fonts in templates was improved. If you are using custom fonts we highly recommend to revise your template according to the suggestions added to the documentation article:
Fonts should be embedded in the file to ensure that the exported documents will always show the correct font independent on the viewer's system. Otherwise, your customers may see a different appearance of your document than you do on your system.

In the current release the following changes are included:

Highlight Features

1.1	Bookings	The booking feature was extended. Bookings can now be centrally listed on their own page.
1.2	Resource Request	The resource requests and resource search were improved and extended. We further optimized the search and made several interface adjustments: Requirements can now be classified into different search criteria. More information is displayed on the search and candidate list, e.g. regarding the candidate's team or their location.

Minor Features

2.1	Administration	Resource requests can now be customized.
2.2	CV Template	It is possible to specify how the dates should be displayed. This formatting needs to be done in the template. For more information click here.
2.3	CV	When creating a cv the language will be recognized automatically. The user will get a notification about this and can recheck the translations.
2.4	CV	Languages will by default be sorted by level.
2.5	CV	Skills will by default be sorted alphabetically.
2.6	Login	It is now possible to reset the password on the login page.
2.7	Project	The creation date of the project will be shown in the projects overview grid.

Bug Fixes

	Where?	What?
3.1	CV Export	Some display fixes regarding custom fonts were fixed. In general, we recommend you to review whether custom fonts are embedded in your template. For more information click here.
3.2	CV Export PPT	A bug regarding the specified font color on the template was fixed.
3.3	Login	An bug on the user invitations was fixed that could lead to duplicate user accounts being created.
3.4	Profile	A bug regarding the deletion of publications on the profiles was fixed,
3.5	User Import	The user import was improved with a better error handling.
3.6	Whole Application	The list filters on various pages were improved.
3.7	Whole Application	Performance improvements regarding results and usability.
