Reference Presentations
The Reference presentations page provides a central overview of all reference presentations that have been created across your projects. Use it to quickly find existing presentations without opening each project individually, and to export several presentations at once. The page can be opened from the resource management section of the main menu.
Note: Any project edit permission is sufficient to see the page, for example being allowed to edit only your own projects. The list contains the presentations of exactly those projects you are allowed to edit.
Finding presentations
The page shows one row per reference presentation. Click the presentation name to open it on the reference presentations tab of its project. The project column links to the project itself.
The list works like the other overview lists in decídalo:
| Function | Description |
|---|---|
| Sort & filter | Sort and filter the list by any column via the column header menu. |
| Search | Search across the list using the search field in the toolbar. |
| Saved filters | Save frequently used filter combinations and switch between them. All reference presentations shows the unfiltered list. |
| Columns | Show, hide and resize columns. Your configuration is remembered. |
Exporting presentations in bulk
To export several presentations at once:
- Select the presentations using the checkboxes at the beginning of each row.
- Click Export. The selected presentations are downloaded as a single PDF document, with each selected presentation appended one after another into one file.
- Click Clear selection to deselect all presentations.
Note: You can export at most 50 presentations at once. If more are selected, the export is disabled until the selection is reduced.
Managing presentations
The overview is read-only. To create, edit or delete a reference presentation, or to mark it as a master presentation, open the project and use its reference presentations tab. See reference presentations on projects for details.
