Review profiles for quality
When you do this: you're a team manager or administrator and want to make sure the profiles going out under your name (in CVs, references, and proposals) are accurate, complete, and consistent.
Outcome: profiles that are ready to be used in client-facing documents: no obvious gaps, no inconsistent skill naming, no out-of-date project descriptions.
Steps
- Open the team view and scan completeness across consultants. → Navigating Teams
- For each profile, walk the sections: master data, projects, skills, certificates, roles. → Profile
- If profile quality assurance (PQA) is enabled, approve the pending changes, or send feedback back to the consultant, from the approval banner on their profile. → Profile Quality Assurance, Profile
- For a quality overview across several people, use the export option on the Profiles page rather than opening each profile in turn. → Profile Quality Assurance
- Check skill consistency across the team, because duplicates or near-synonyms here are catalog problems, not just profile problems. → Skill Matrix, AI Cleanup Suggestions
