Team Manager

You're responsible for a group of consultants: their profiles, their skills development, their utilization, and the quality of what goes out the door under their names. You also approve or review profile content where quality assurance is enabled.

"Team Manager" is the standard permission profile name in decídalo. Your organisation may have renamed it, so you might see something like "Line Manager" or "Team Lead" instead. See Check Your Permissions to find out which profile you have.

• Review profiles for quality: check team profiles before they're used in CVs or proposals.
• Plan resources across a team: see your team's bookings and capacity.
• Maintain the skill catalog: if you contribute to defining team-specific skills.

• Delegations: temporarily hand off your team-manager responsibilities.
