    Onboard a new consultant

When you do this: a new consultant joins your company and needs access to decídalo. Usually involves an administrator and the consultant themselves.

Outcome: the consultant has an account, the right permissions, an initialized profile, and knows where to log skills, certificates, and trainings.

    Steps (for the administrator)

    1. Create the user and assign them to a team. → Companies, Teams, Administrating Teams
    2. Assign a permission profile. Pick the one that matches their role; don't grant individual permissions ad hoc. → Permissions
    3. Pre-fill the profile if you have source data. Excel import or CV Parser saves the consultant time. → Setup Guide (sections 2a / 2b)
    4. Send them the Complete your own profile scenario. → Complete your own profile

    Steps (for the consultant)

    1. Sign in and change your password (if you got a temporary one). → Changing Your Password
    2. Check your permissions: make sure you can see and edit what you expect. → Check Your Permissions
    3. Set language and region. → Languages & Regions
    4. Walk through your profile. Correct any pre-filled data, fill in the gaps. → Check Your Profile, Complete your own profile
    5. Customize your menu if some pages are noisy or missing. → Customize Menu
