Set up decídalo for the first time

When you do this: you're an administrator and your decídalo tenant has just been created. You need to bring it from "empty" to "ready for consultants to use."

Outcome: a tenant with a company structure, the data fields you care about, a defined skill catalog, working permission profiles, and your first users imported.

    Steps

    1. Read the existing setup guide. Cover-to-cover, then come back here. → Setup Guide
    2. Define the company structure. Create the company (or companies) and decide on the team hierarchy. → Companies, Teams, Resource Groups
    3. Fill in the company profile. Define the company's own core skills, roles, and role skill profiles, which drive the skill matrix and matching. → Company Profile, Core Skills, Roles & Job Families, Role Skill Profiles
    4. Customize data fields. Add or hide the fields you want on profiles, projects, and resource requests. → Data Fields
    5. Set up permission profiles before importing users, because every user gets one. → Manage permissions, Permissions
    6. Import users. Bulk import via Excel or CV Parser. → Setup Guide (sections 2a / 2b)
    7. Maintain the skill catalog. The skill catalog seeds from imported profiles; review and curate it. → Maintain the skill catalog
    8. Turn on the integrations you want. SSO, Microsoft Copilot, Workflows, Project Status Automation, Notifications. → Single Sign On (SSO), Microsoft Copilot, Workflows, Project Status Automation, Notifications
